Visit to Goddards in Dorking,Surrey

 

On Saturday, we attended a birthday lunch for our friend, Diane.  To celebrate her birthday, Diane stayed in the Landmark Trust property Goddards, situated near Dorking in Surrey.  We have added just a few of our impressions of this marvellous property, designed by Edwin Lutyens in the late 19th century.

 It was our first outing in our new van, Little Nell.  As you can see, she looks quite content having arrived on time to Diane's party.

We thought you would like to see just how much Zadie enjoyed herself!  Here she is, making the most of a cuddle with one of her boyfriends, Jon.

Frock Me, Brighton: Sunday 23 January

Goodbye Needlemakers, Lewes!

It was a sad goodbye in November when we moved out of our little shop in The Needlemakers, Lewes.

 

We had made so many friends; fellow traders and customers alike.

You can see Zadie here helping a customer - she always loves meeting new people, and specialises in customer service.
